DIY Mini Sheet Metal Rose

DIY mini sheet metal rose all you have to do is assemble it.
Included:
22ga steel petals
3/16''x4” rod

Prepped: Dross and mill scale has been removed and is ready to be welded

Unprepped: Straight off plasma cutter it is recommended to remove dross and mill scale before welded but not necessary

Step 1: weld the piece with 4 pedals on top of the stem.

Step 2: weld the rest of the petals on starting from biggest to smallest. There is no need for a gap between the petals.

Step 3: With a torch start bending up the petals from smallest to biggest.
