DIY Sheet Metal Rose

DIY sheet metal rose all you have to do is assemble it.
Included:
22ga steel petals 
3/16''x12” rod 

Prepped: Dross and mill scale has been removed and is ready to be welded

Unprepped: Straight off plasma cutter it is recommended to remove dross and mill scale before welded but not necessary 
 
Step 1: weld the piece with 4 pedals about 1” down on the stem. 

Step 2: weld the rest of the petals on starting from biggest to smallest. There is no need for a gap between the petals. 

Step 3: Cut off any excess rod sticking out of the smallest petal.

Step 4: With a torch start bending up the petals from smallest to biggest
